Today, the company is owned and operated by Danny Davidson and Jordy Davidson, carrying forward a business built on something pretty simple: show up, do good work, and treat people right.
Established in 2000, Southland is a licensed and insured service-area company. We welcome customers at our Sunset office and travel to homes, farms, and businesses throughout the service area.
Long before websites, online reviews, and social media became part of running a local business, Southland was doing what it still does today: building fences for the people and properties around us.
Over the years, the projects have changed. We've built fences around homes and backyards, across acreage and pastures, around businesses, pools, and places that simply needed to be protected. We've worked with homeowners, landowners, contractors, and businesses throughout the area.
But the way we believe the work should be done hasn't changed much.

That means we're not running the company from somewhere else and sending crews out with our name on the truck. We're involved in the work, the customers, and the decisions that shape this company every day.

And it means when we say we're going to do something, we intend to do it.
