    When their qualifying project is completed and paid in full, we send your reward using your selected payment method.

It counts when

  • The customer tells us you referred them
  • You submit their information to us first
  • The project is completed and paid in full

It does not count when

  • It is a self-referral
  • The customer or project is already in our system
  • The project is cancelled, unfinished, or unpaid

Program overview

The program thanks people who intentionally recommend Southland Fence Co. Participation does not automatically guarantee a reward. A referral must satisfy these requirements.

Reward schedule

$150 for projects under $5,000; $250 for projects from $5,000 to $9,999; and $500 for projects $10,000 and above. Rewards are based on the final project value after completion and payment in full.

What qualifies

The customer must be new to Southland. The referral must be intentional and connected to you before or during estimating. The customer must hire Southland, and the project must be completed and paid in full.

What does not qualify

Self-referrals, existing customers, projects already being discussed or estimated, duplicate referrals, and cancelled, unfinished, disputed, unpaid, fraudulent, or misleading referrals do not qualify.

Verification and payment

Southland uses submitted information, customer acknowledgment, and available records to determine referral credit. Rewards are processed by Zelle, Venmo, or check within 30 days after the completed project is paid in full.

Taxes, relationship, and changes

Recipients are responsible for applicable tax reporting. Participation creates no employment, agency, partnership, contractor, joint venture, or exclusive relationship. Southland may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program for future referrals.

Program emails

Partners who consent may receive occasional Good Neighbors emails, including referral reminders and program updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions in an email or by contacting Southland Fence Co.
