Program overview
The Good Neighbors Referral Program is Southland Fence Co.'s way of thanking people who intentionally recommend us to friends, family, neighbors, clients, and other potential customers. Participation does not automatically guarantee a reward. Rewards are issued only for referrals that satisfy these requirements.
Reward schedule
- $150 for projects under $5,000
- $250 for projects from $5,000 to $9,999
- $500 for projects $10,000 and above
Rewards are based on the final project value after the work is completed and paid in full. Southland Fence Co. may update reward amounts for future referrals.
What qualifies
The referred customer must be new to Southland Fence Co. The referral must be intentional and connected to you before or during the estimating process. The customer must hire Southland Fence Co., and the project must be completed and paid in full.
What does not qualify
Self-referrals, existing customers, projects already being discussed or estimated, duplicate referrals, and cancelled, unfinished, disputed, unpaid, fraudulent, or misleading referrals do not qualify.
Referral verification
Southland Fence Co. uses submitted information, customer acknowledgment, and available records to determine referral credit. If more than one person claims the same referral, Southland's eligibility decision is final.
Reward payment
Rewards are processed after the referred project is complete, paid in full, and free of unresolved payment issues. Please allow up to 30 days after final payment. Rewards are paid by Zelle, Venmo, or check using the preference selected during signup.
Taxes and relationship
Rewards may be taxable income, and recipients are responsible for applicable reporting and taxes. Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, contractor, joint venture, or exclusive relationship.
Program changes
Southland Fence Co. may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program or these terms at any time. Changes apply to future referrals unless otherwise stated.
